Dhul Hijja Series

One night, Ibrahim AS saw a star.
So he said: This is my lord.
And when the star disappeared,
Ibrahim AS said: No! This is not my lord.
And Ibrahim AS saw the moon,
so he said: This is my lord.
And when the moon disappeared,
Ibrahim As said: No! This is not my lord.
And the sun rose,
so Ibrahim AS said: This is my lord, this is biggest.
And when the sun disappeared in the night,
Ibrahim said: No! This is not my lord.

Truly Allah is Living, He does not die.
Indeed Allah is remaining,
He does not disappear.
Indeed Allah is strong, nothing overpowers Him.
And the star is weak, the morning overpowers it;
And the moon is weak, the sun overpowers it.
And the sun is weak, the night overpowers it, and clouds overpower it.
And the star will not help me, because it is weak.
And the moon will not help me, because it is weak.
And the sun will not help me, because it is weak.
And Allah will help me.
Because Allah is alive, He does not die.
And (He is) remaining, He does not disappear.
And (He is) powerful, nothing overpower him.
And Ibrahim As recognized that Allah is his Lord.

Because Allah is alive, He does not die.
And that Allah is remaining, He does not disappear.
And that Allah is powerful, nothing overpowers him.
And Ibrahim AS recognized that Allah is lord of the star.
And that Allah is the lord of the moon.
And that Allah is the lord of the sun.
And that Allah is the lord of the worlds.
And Allah guided Ibrahim and
He made him a prophet and a friend.

And Allah commanded Ibrahim to invite his people
and prevent them from the worship of idols.
And Ibrahim AS invited his people to Allâh
and he prevented them from the worship of idols.
Ibrahim AS said to his people: What do you worship?
They said: we worship idols.

Ibrahim AS said:
Do they hear you when you call [them]?
Or benefit you or harm you?
They said: rather we found our fathers doing likewise.
Ibrahim AS : I do not worship these idols.
I worship the Lord of the worlds.
