I’m a fan of reading books compared to reading digital publications . Books not only sketch the right knowledge into our minds but they provide distraction free and calm platform to our enthusiast mind.

The reason we should make books as our companion is because we need to incorporate reading into our busy, social media infected, scarcely scheduled daily life.

There are just so many distractions,so many satanic traps,so much of idle gossips in the internet, that are powerfully operating to drive us away from the beneficial ilm that it has become an immediate necessity to adopt and promote good reading habit .In sha Allah having a book in hand will greatly help to reap full benefit of the knowledge we want to gain .

As you know that we have started the “#Iqra (Read atleast one Book a Month Recommendation list” ) , Here I present you the best pick for the Month of March 2019 :

But before I present you the list and before you run away from here I would like to advice one thing- Habits needs to be developed.

If you  do not like to read , If you just someone whose crave of knowledge is fulfilled by watching dramatic you tube videos believe me you will get confused and one day your interest will totally die off.

Books are the legacy of Scholars and People who have squeezed all their knowledge and experience in few pages of their book  .They tell you what you want to know and they ensure that you can come back to them for reference and revision in future.

One tip to develop the Book reading habit is to make it a part of daily routine. If you have a busy Schedule ,book your Weekend. Set an alarm if you have to and allocate a time to it .Switch off your wifi /internet .If you need sit with a cup of coffee ,do enjoy your coffee.

Remember , lucky are the one whom Allah choose for the study of deen. Ilm is the biggest blessing and We do need time to time motivation to keep us going .

In Interest of readers , I have included some books for Personal development and Developing Leadership (Strategies of Prophet Muhammad SAW  and Biography of Abu bakr Siddique RA) , a book to learn about the Black Muslims as we recently witnessed the  black history month  (Muslim Cool),

Strategies of Prophet Muhammad by Omar Khayyám, Darussalam : Many demographers calculate that Islam will become’s the world’s largest religion by 2050. This book is a desperately needed intervention within Anthropology, Africana Studies, and Islamic Studies. The central argument of this book is that Muslim Americans cannot escape Black Islam and the interaction between Muslimness and Blackness challenges and reconfigures U.S. racial hierarchies.

The Meaning of the Holy Quran for School children The Meaning of the Holy Qur’an for School Children is a 828 Page Kids Quran which explains the Chapters of Holy quran in a very easy format.Or we can say that it teaches the Kids the Moral of the Chapter. The entire Qur’an is translated into a child’s language level, with pictures and introductions to each surah, and explanations in sidebars of important concepts. Blessings of Allah Coloring bookToday the education system is so degraded that all sort of wrong stuffs is fed into the mind of young kids .A friend of mine showed my the school books of some western country where they had a picture of two Men .One was labelled father and the other Mother.

If the children  learn things like this through School ,television and Social media very soon it will become a matter of great concern . If we don’t  teach our children the art of thinking islamically , how we expect them to learn ?For this Reason , I used some Quranic Verses from Surah Rahman and Surah Nahl and made this activity worksheet.   Let your Child fall into remembrance every time he looks at the blessings of Allah around him .You can get this Worksheet as instant download here.
