Dua for parents in Islam

We should always make dua for our Parents because Prophet sallalahu alaihe wa sallam said: “The Lord’s pleasure is in the parent’s pleasure, and the Lord’s anger is in the parent’s anger.”(Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1899)

It is also said that The best of’ the deeds or deed is the (observance of) prayer at its proper time and kindness to the parents.

Here is a list of 5 dua that you can make for your Parents.

Dua for parents in English,“dua for parents to enter jannah”.

Dua is a way to seek Allah’s forgiveness and mercy for your parents, which can be a means of their entrance into Jannah. It’s also important to remember that while praying for your parents, you should also strive to be kind and dutiful to them during their lifetime, as this is highly emphasized in Islam.

Dua for Parents in hadith

There is a daif hadith mentioned in Al-Adab Al-Mufrad 7, Ibn ‘Abbas said, “If any Muslim obeys Allah regarding his parents, Allah will open two gates of the Garden for him. If there is only one parent, then one gate will be opened. If one of them is angry, then Allah will not be pleased with him until that parent is pleased with him.” He was asked, “Even if they wrong him?” “Even if they wrong him” he replied.

So it is very important that we remain dutiful to our parents and keep making dua for them.
