Dua of suhoor in Ramadan

Dua of starting fast in ramadan:

بِصَوْمِ غَدٍ نَّوَيْتُ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ

I intend to keep the fast for tomorrow in the month of Ramadan

Dua for breaking fast, dua for opening fast

اللَّهُمَّ اِنِّى لَكَ صُمْتُ وَبِكَ امنْتُ وَعَليْكَ تَوَكّلتُ وَ عَلى رِزْقِكَ اَفْطَرْتُ

O, Allah! I fasted for You and I believe in You and I put my trust in You and I break my fast with Your sustenance

Dua for breaking fast Virtue

The dua of breaking fast begins with expressing gratitude to Allah for the food and blessings bestowed upon the believer. It serves as a reminder of the countless blessings that we often take for granted, such as the availability of food, clean water, and good health. By expressing gratitude, we acknowledge the mercy and generosity of Allah, deepening their sense of appreciation and humility.

Fasting in Ramadan is not only about refraining from food and drink but also about self-restraint, controlling one’s desires, and striving for moral and ethical excellence. The dua serves as a reminder to reflect on one’s actions throughout the day and seek forgiveness for any mistakes made. It allows believers to cleanse their hearts and seek repentance, ultimately fostering a sense of spiritual purification. It is an opportunity to renew one’s intentions and strengthen faith.
