All dates are sunnah to eat dear sis.Arabia is a land of dates .If you ask me about date that can be considered next to Ajwa dates it can be the fresh ripe dates from the dates palm.As we see from this verse of Quran: “Shake the trunk of the palm toward you and fresh, ripe dates will drop down onto you.” (Surah Maryam: verse 25)
If you are asking the food combination with dates ,prophet used to prefer eating dates with cucumber and watermelon etc as seen in the foll hadeeth :
“Abdullah ibn Jaafar, may Allah be pleased with him, said the Messenger ate cucumbers with dates.” (Al-Tirmidhi) According to two other traditions recorded by Al-Tirmidhi, the Prophet ate dates with watermelon
