Dua at the time of Calamity

What greater calamity can be greater than the calamity we are facing now?

Muslims are like one body of a person; if the eye is sore, the whole body aches, and if the head aches, the whole body aches.(1)

In times of trouble, we turn our gaze above,

Seeking solace in Allah, the One we love.

When lifeโ€™s storms rage and shadows fall,

Itโ€™s in His mercy, we find the strength to stand tall.

In our moments of doubt and darkest despair,

We find refuge in His grace, a heartfelt prayer.

For Allahโ€™s the beacon, our guiding light,

In the time of distress, He makes our burdens light.

When the world feels heavy, and weโ€™re burdened by strife,

In Allahโ€™s embrace, we find the strength for life.

His love and mercy, like a soothing balm,

Heals our wounded hearts and brings us calm.

So, in times of distress, we kneel and we pray,

To Allah, our Helper, who shows us the way.

With faith in our hearts, weโ€™ll always find,

In Allahโ€™s embrace, true peace of mind.
