First Muslim American woman to offer a prayer at the presidential inauguration service in the history of USA.

Dr Debbie Almontaser became the first Muslim Woman to read the Noble Quran in the presidential inauguration in USA.

She said in her tweet “It’s an honor for me as the 1st Yemeni American woman to have been invited to offer an inaugural prayer! This is an affirmation of the Yemeni community and its suffering under the #MuslimBan.”

The diverse program included prayers, readings, blessings, and hymns from interfaith leaders, celebrated artists, and other inspiring voices .
