What is the Hadeeth Series?

The Hadeeth Series at Islam Hashtag is a visual collection of authentic hadith — the sayings, actions, and approvals of the prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) — presented in a clear, shareable format. Each card features a verified hadith from trusted collections such as Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Abu Dawud, and At-Tirmidhi, making it easy for Muslims to learn, remember, and share the Sunnah in their daily lives.

Why We Learn Hadith

The Quran and the Sunnah are the two foundations of Islamic knowledge. The Quran is the word of Allah (SWT), and the Hadith explains how the Prophet (ﷺ) lived that word — how he prayed, how he treated people, how he responded to hardship, and how he built a community of believers rooted in mercy and justice. Allah (SWT) says in the Quran: “And whatever the Messenger gives you — take it; and what he forbids you — refrain from it.” (Surah Al-Hashr, 59:7).

Learning hadith is not just an academic exercise. Every hadith carries a lesson we can act upon today — whether it is beginning things with the right side, fulfilling our promises, or cultivating shyness and good character. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “I have been sent to perfect good character.” (Al-Adab al-Mufrad). His life, as preserved in the hadith, is our greatest practical guide.

What You Will Find in This Hadeeth Series

This growing collection covers a wide range of topics drawn from authentic narrations, including:

  • Daily habits and Sunnah practices — such as beginning acts with the right side, saying bismillah, and the etiquettes of eating and sleeping
  • Character and morality — honesty, keeping promises, avoiding hypocrisy, and showing kindness
  • Worship and obedience — the virtues of prayer, fasting, dhikr, and seeking knowledge
  • Family and social conduct — rights of parents, neighbors, and spouses
  • Signs and warnings — reminders about accountability and the importance of tawbah (repentance)

Each hadith image in this series is designed to be saved, shared on social media, and used as a daily reminder. We encourage you to not just read but reflect — ask yourself how each hadith applies to your life right now.

A Note on Authenticity

Every hadith shared in this series is sourced from recognized, peer-reviewed collections. The source — whether Al-Bukhari, Muslim, Abu Dawud, or others — is cited on each card. If you ever have a question about a narration, we encourage you to verify with a qualified scholar. Sharing knowledge responsibly is part of the Sunnah itself.

May Allah (SWT) make us among those who hear the words of the Prophet (ﷺ), understand them, and act upon them. Ameen.
