As the Hajj season approaches the King of Saudi Arabia, King Salman has sent invitations to 2,322 individuals to attend Hajj 2024.

Among this count, around 1000 invitations have been sent to the relatives of individuals who have been affected due to the Palestinian conflict in Gaza and Rafah.

The invitations have been dispatched to more than 88 countries from where a total of 1300 individuals have been called upon by the King to perform Hajj.

This program was launched 26 years ago and up to this date it has successfully welcomed over 60,000 pilgrims.

Supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, this act of hospitality is a part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Umrah and Hajj.

Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikhb said the order reflects the Saudi leadership’s constant care for Muslims around the world and its efforts to strengthen unity and brotherhood among Muslims by bringing them together for Hajj at the expense of the king.

The minister said preparations to host these pilgrims have begun and a strategic plan has been developed.
