This is Alimah Dr Fahmina Jawed (Aafiya). Most of you know me through my blog as I have been running this blog since last 9 years alhumdulillah.(See Author Bio) Alhumdulillah I have been teaching Women and Kids and the response I have from the kids and the Women I teach is overwhelming. It is for this reason I have decide to start few courses at Islam Hashtag. I have launched this online learning platform that can benefit more students In sha Allah.
In the critical developmental stage between ages 7 and 12, children are forming their understanding of the world and their place within it. According to Jean Piaget, this period is known as the concrete operational stage, where children start to understand complex concepts in tangible ways. However, abstract thinking is still emerging, and children often see things in black and white. Erik Erikson emphasizes that this is a time when children develop a sense of industry or inferiority based on encouragement and support.
These online classes are designed to harness this developmental phase, offering a rich and supportive environment for spiritual growth. We provide hands-on learning experiences and focus on memorization and practical understanding to help children internalize the teachings of Islam. Through engaging lessons, visual aids, and open-ended questions, we stimulate critical thinking and help children explore concepts of faith, manners (adab), and character (akhlaq).
Our classes emphasizes the importance of nurturing a strong Islamic identity and sense of belonging. By fostering a connection with the community and the teachings of Islam, we aim to guide children in developing empathy, kindness, and a lifelong commitment to the commands of Allah. Join us in laying the foundation for a future generation of knowledgeable, compassionate, and responsible Muslims.

Weekly Tafseer of Quran for Ladies in English. This is a a course in which we will do the Tafseer of the Entire Quran In sha Allah. Earlier we did the Tafseer of Juz 30 and many of you requested for the Tafseer of the whole Quran. So In sha Allah we are here with the Tafseer,

In this Class Your child will learn to ponder over the blessings of Allah and Learn the 99 Names of Allah through Interactive FREE Worksheets provided. Children of Age 5-13. Enjoy this course a lot because it has Coloring Activities and reflection on names of Allah. This course helps develop the love and closeness of children towards Islam and prepare them for the Love to study Islam and practice their deen.
