Dar Al Ber Society helps more than 20,000 people convert to Islam since 1993.

Dar al Ber Society (DABS) is a philanthropic and charitable organization based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.The Islamic Information Centre of the Dar Al Ber Society has helped more than 20,000 people from different nationalities convert to Islam since its inception in 1993.

Rashid Al Junaibi, Manager of the Centre, said 2,200 became Muslims this year.Khalfan Khalifa Al Mazrouie, Chairman of Dar Al Ber Society, said, “Of the 2,221 fresh Muslims, 494 embraced Islam through an all new service billed: ‘Have you helped anyone convert to Islam?’ while 1,350 others gave Shahada at the Centre with the help of staff scholars and preachers.”

“The centre spares no effort to spread the tolerant message of Islam which fits everywhere and time,” he said.One million scientific books, lectures and other educational materials, in various languages, were distributed by the centre this year, which will be adding branches in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

“The centre has run a variety of activities, spanning 3,694 lectures and classes, and 6,102 courses on Islamic Sharia.” said Mr Al Junaibi.
