Miracles of Prophet Muhammad (sallalahu alaihe wa sallam)
Prophet Muhammad (sallalahu alaihe wa sallam) was granted many miracles by Allah (the Lord of the heavens and the earth) and some of the Divine miracles in Islam are as follows:
The Holy Qur’an is the living miracle bestowed by Allah upon Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) .It was revealed to Prophet Muhammad through the archaengel (Gabriel). Today 1400 years have passed and nobody has been able to change a single letter or produce its imitation, as it is said in the Qur’an (see SuIrah Hjr, V.15:9).
Prophet Muhammad said, “Before me, every Prophet was given a miracle and they practised it during their lifetime: e.g., ‘lesa (Jesus) used to cure the sick and make the dead alive, etc., Müsa (Moses) was given the stick etc., and I have been given the permanent miracle of the Qur’ân till the Hour is established, so I hope that my followers will be more in number than all the other Messengers’ as my miracle will last till the Day of Resurrection, and it is a Glorious Book; when anyone reads it, even if he is a pagan, etc., he is convinced that it is produced by none but by the Creator of the heavens and the earth.”
The splitting of the moon: Narrated Anas that the Makkans requested Allah’s Messenger , . .0 to show them a miracle, so he showed them the splitting of the moon. (See SahIh Al-Bukhári, Vol.4, HadIthNo. 831).
Allah The Allah Exalted says:(Surah Al Qamr)
The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has split.
Yet whenever they see a miracle, they turn away, and say, “Continuous magic.”
They lied, and followed their opinions, but everything has its settlement.
Allah says,”The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has been cleft asunder.(The people of Mecca requested Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu alaihe wa sallam to show them a miracle so he showed them the splitting of the moon).
And if they see a sign, they turn away and say: ‘This is continuous magic’. They belied the verses of Allah – this (Qur’an) and followed their own lusts. And every matter will be settled (according to the kind of deeds: goods deeds will take their doers to Paradise, and similarly evil deeds will take their doers to Hell). And indeed there has come to them news (in this Qur’an) where in there is (enough warning) to check (them from evil), perfect wisdom (this Qur’an), but (the preaching of) warners benefit them not.”(Surah Al Qamr)

The flowing of the water from among the fingers of Allah’s Messenger sallalahu alaihe wa sallam (See Sahih Al-Bukhári, Vol.4, HadIth No. 779). Narrated Jâbir bin ‘Abdullâh : I was with the Prophet and the time for the ‘Ar prayer became due. We had no water with us except a little which was put in a vessel and was brought to the Prophet.
He put his hand into it and spread out his fingers and then said, “Come along! Hurry up! All those who want to perform ablution. The blessing is from Allah.” I saw the water gushing out from his fingers. So the people performed the ablution and drank, and I tried to drink more of that water (beyond my thirst and capacity), for I knew that it was a blessing. The subnarrator said: I asked Jâbir, “How many persons were you then?” He replied, “We were one thousand four hundred men.” (Sálim said: Jâbir said 1500). (SahIh Al-Bukhóri, Vol.7, HadIth No. 543).
Speaking of the wolf: It has been written that a wolf also spoke to one of the companions of the Prophet near Al-MadIna, as narrated in Musnad of Ahmad, Vol.3, Page 83, Musnad Abi SaedAl-Khudri. Narrated Abi Sa’eed Al-Khudri : (While a shepherd was amongst his sheep) suddenly a wolf attacked a sheep and took it away. The shepherd chased the wolf and took back the sheep. The wolf sat on its tail and addressed the shepherd saying: “Be afraid of Allah, you have taken the provision from me which Allah gave me.”
The shepherd said: “What an amazing thing! A wolf sitting on its tail speaks to me in the language of a human being.” The wolf said: “Shall I tell you something more amazing than this? There is Muhammad (the Messenger of Allah) in Yathrib (Al-MadIna) informing the people about the news of the past.” Then the shepherd proceeded (towards Al-Madina) driving his sheep till he entered AI-MadIna (city), cornered his sheep to one side and came to Allah’s Messenger (Muhammad) a,i, and informed the whole story.
Allah’s Messenger ordered for the proclamation of a congregational prayer, then he . came out and asked the shepherd to inform the people (about his story) and he informed them. Then Allah’s Messenger said: “He (the shepherd) has spoken the truth. By Him (Allah) in Whose Hands my soul is, the Day of Resurrection will not be established till beasts of prey speak to the human beings, and the stick lash and the shoe-laces of a person speak to him and his thigh informs him about his family as to what happened to them after him.

The crying of the stem of the date-palm tree in the Prophet’s Mosque:
Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
There was a trunk of a date-palm tree upon which the Prophet (ﷺ) used to recline while delivering Khutbah (sermon). When a pulpit was placed in the mosque, we heard the trunk crying out like a pregnant she-camel. the Prophet (ﷺ) came down from the pulpit and put his hand on the trunk and it became quiet.(sahih Bukhari)
On several Occasion Prophet Muhammad provided food and water supernaturally.
The tree moved towards the Prophet (P.B.U.H.)
Here is another hadith reported by Imam Al-Baihaqi that narrated by Umar Ibn Al-Khattab that the Prophet
Sallalahu alaihe wa sallam was seated on top of the mount Al-Hajun distressed, grieved, disheartened and saddened by the insults and annoyance of the disbelievers.
He said, “O Allah show me a miracle today, I will not take hto anyone who falsifies me after it”.He then called a tree from a steep part of the city. The tree came towards the Prophet (P.B.U.H.)grooving the earth beneath. Then he ordered it to go its original position.. ..The Prophet (P.B.U.H.)then said, “I will not pay heed to anyone who falsifies me among my people after this”(49
The Prophet’s meals used to glorify Allah while he ate, and this glorification was heard by the companions of the Prophet .wt (See SahIh Al-Bukhári, Vol.4, I-IadIth No. 779).
Stones used to greet the Prophet(pbuh)whenever he passed by through the lanes of Makka.
Jaber bin samra reported that prophet muhammad said: “I know a stone in makkah that was greeting me before legation, I know it now “. it is said that it’s the black stone and some said it is another one. narrated by muslim and at tirmithy and Abdullah bin masoud said :” when i was walking in makkah I used to see a stone I know, every time the prophet passed over it I heard the stone saying :” peace be upon you, messenger of allah.”
Mountains and trees greeted Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).Imam Al-Tirmidhy relates that Ali Ibn Abi Twalib said: I was with the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) in Mecca, we were moving around; we did not pass a hill or tree except it greeted the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) saying: AssalamAlaikum O! Messenger of Allah.
A camel Prostrated to the Prophet
Imam Ahmad relates that Anas Ibn Malik(R.A.) said the Ahlul Bait among the Helpers had a camel that they used for irrigation, it refused to be mounted, so they went to the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) and complained. The Prophet(P.B.U.H.) told his companions:
“Stand up and let us go”. They entered the farm and he went towards the camel, the helpers said: O Messenger of Allah the camel behaves like a mad dog, it could harm you. The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) said, “It can’t harm me”.When the camel looked at the Messenger of Allah (P.B.U.H.), it came towards him and prostrated in front of him. The Prophet (P.B.U.H.) held it and led it to work.
The companions said: O Messenger of Allah this is just an animal, it has no brains and it has just prostrated in front of you. We have brains so we are more entitled to prostrating. On this the Messenger of Allah said, “It is improper for a man to prostrate to another and if it were to be, I would have ordered a woman (wife) to prostrate to her husband due to the magnitude of his rights upon her….”54
The throwing out of a dead body of a Christian by the earth: Narrated Anas: There was a Christian who embraced Islam and read Suirat Al-Baqarah and Al- ‘Imrdn and he used to write the revelation for the Prophet . Later on he reverted to Christianity and used to say, “Muhammad knows nothing but what I have written for him.” Then Allah caused him to die and the people buried him but in the morning they found that the earth had thrown out his body. They said, “This is the deed of Muhammad . and his companions.
They have opened the grave of our companion and took his body out because he ran away from them,” so they again dug the grave deeper for him, but in the morning they again found that the earth had thrown the body out.
They said, “This is a deed of Muhammad and his companions.” So they dug a third grave for him as deep as they could, but in the morning they found that the earth had thrown the body out. Then they believed what had befallen him, was not done by mankind, and they had to leave the body on the ground. (See SahIh Al-Bukhdri, Vol.4, HadIth No. 814).
The Miraj: The Ascent of the Prophet (SWS) to the heavens.Narrated Abu Dhar(RA): Allah’s Apostle said, “While I was at Mecca the roof of my house was opened and Gabriel descended, opened my chest, and washed it with Zam-zam water. Then he brought a golden tray full of wisdom and faith and having poured its contents into my chest, he closed it. Then he took my hand and ascended with me to the nearest heaven, when I reached the nearest heaven, Gabriel said to the gatekeeper of the heaven, ‘Open (the gate).’ The gatekeeper asked, ‘Who is it?’
Gabriel Alaihe as salam answered: ‘Gabriel.’ He asked, ‘Is there anyone with you?’ Gabriel replied, ‘Yes, Muhammad I is with me.’ He asked, ‘Has he been called?’ Gabriel said, ‘Yes.’ So the gate was opened and we went over the nearest heaven and there we saw a man sitting with some people on his right and some on his left. When he looked towards his right, he laughed and when he looked toward his left he wept.
Then he said, ‘Welcome! O pious Prophet and pious son.’ I asked Gabriel, ‘Who is he?’ He replied, ‘He is Adam and the people on his right and left are the souls of his offspring. Those on his right are the people of Paradise and those on his left are the people of Hell and when he looks towards his right he laughs and when he looks towards his left he weeps.’
Then he ascended with me till he reached the second heaven and he (Gabriel) said to its gatekeeper, ‘Open (the gate).’ The gatekeeper said to him the same as the gatekeeper of the first heaven had said and he opened the gate. Anas said: “Abu Dhar added that the Prophet met Adam, Idris, Moses, Jesus and Abraham, he (Abu Dhar) did not mention on which heaven they were but he mentioned that he (the Prophet ) met Adarn on the nearest heaven and Abraham on the sixth heaven.
Anas said, “When Gabriel along with the Prophet passed by Idris, the latter said, ‘Welcome! O pious Prophet and pious brother.’ The Prophet asked, ‘Who is he?’ Gabriel replied, ‘He is Idris.” The Prophet added, “I passed by Moses and he said, ‘Welcome! O pious Prophet and pious brother.’ I asked Gabriel, ‘Who is he?’ Gabriel replied, ‘He is Moses.’ Then I passed by Jesus and he said, ‘Welcome! O pious brother and pious Prophet.’ I asked, ‘Who is he?’ Gabriel replied, ‘He is Jesus.
Then I passed by Abraham and he said, ‘Welcome! O pious Prophet and pious son.’ I asked Gabriel, ‘Who is he?’ Gabriel replied, ‘He is Abraham. The Prophet added, ‘Then Gabriel ascended with me to a place where I heard the creaking of the pens.”
Ibn Hazm and Anas bin Malik said: The Prophet said, “Then Allah enjoined fifty prayers on my followers when I returned with this order of Allah, I passed by Moses who asked me, ‘What has Allah enjoined on your followers?’ I replied, ‘He has enjoined fifty prayers on them.’
Moses said, ‘Go back to your Lord (and appeal for reduction) for your followers will not be able to bear it.’ (So I went back to Allah and requested for reduction) and He reduced it to half. When I passed by Moses again and informed him about it, he said, ‘Go back to your Lord as your followers will not be able to bear it.’ So I returned to Allah and requested for further reduction and half of it was reduced.
I again passed by Moses and he said to me: ‘Return to your Lord, for your followers will not be able to bear it. So I returned to Allah and He said, ‘These are five prayers and they are all (equal to) fifty (in reward) for My Word does not change.’ I returned to Moses and he told me to go back once again.
I replied, ‘Now I feel shy of asking my Lord again.’ Then Gabriel took me till we ” reached Sidrat-il-Muntaha (Lote tree of; the utmost boundry) which was shrouded in colors, indescribable. Then I was admitted into Paradise where I found small (tents or) walls (made) of pearls and its earth was of musk.” [Sahih Al-Bukhari,Vol. 1,Book 8, Hadith No.345] and also in [Vol.5, Book 58, Hadith No.227]
The screening (shading) by the trees, for the Prophet to answer the call of nature.
This was recorded in the Sahih report narrated by Imam Muslim, may Allah have mercy on him, from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): “… We stopped in a fragrant valley, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) wanted to answer the call of nature.
I followed him, bringing a bottle of water, but he could not find anywhere where he could conceal himself. There were two trees at the edge of the valley, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) went to one of them, took hold of one of its branches, and said: ‘Follow me, by the permission of Allah.’ So it followed him like a camel being led by a rope, until he came to the other tree.
He took one of the other tree’s branches and said: ‘Follow me, by the permission of Allah.’ So it followed him until he reached the halfway point between them, then he put them together and said: ‘Stay together and cover me, by the permission of Allah.’
So they stayed together.” Jabir said: “I kept away, for fear that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) might feel my presence and move even further away. So I sat down, thinking to myself, and when I turned around, I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) coming towards me, and the two trees had separated and taken up their former positions.” (Sahih Muslim, 5328)
Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H.) informed of the Six signs that will occur close to Judgement Day. Imam Al-Bukhari relates that Auf Ibn Malik (R.A.) said: When we were in the battle of Tabuk the Prophet (P.B.U.H.) said: “The six signs will occur close to the Day of Judgment: Death, conquest of Bait-ul-Maqdis, plague, the increment of wealth, a fitnah that will enter each and every Arab house, a truce between you (Muslims) and the Romans and then later they will come (and fight) in groups of eighty and each group has twelve thousand men”.

I got a good chance to understand the miracles of Prophet S A, with wide details
جزاك الله خير
This just a desperate attempt to find miracles that Muhammad was supposed to have done. None of what you listed are true because Quran 17:59 cleary says, "And We refrain from sending the signs, only because the men of former generations treated them as false: We sent the she-camel to the Thamud to open their eyes, but they treated her wrongfully: We only send the Signs by way of terror (and warning from evil)." This proves that even the koran itself is not a miracle otherwise it will be contradicting itself.
Asalamuelykum .
